Everything was really good, and the breakfast was nice hot and lovely with an awesome view. The the best and absolutely fabulous location was very close to Levent. It was located 15 minutes walk from the downtown.

Stay of 7 nights in October 2019, when arriving from the airport from Athens we had a pleasant surprise, when arriving at reception we verified that it was just as it appeared in the photos, Esra attended us very kindly, she speaks Spanish perfectly and to which we were very grateful, during the whole stay she always helped us with a smile, very professional and very kind, she indicated us as we had to do to move for the city, and always making our vacations more comfortable. Then at breakfast, by the way, a great buffet, from the bakery with a lot of typical cakes, such as fruit (very rich), eggs, sausages, raw and cooked vegetables, soups, butter, jams, variety of freshly made natural juices, milk, coffee, tea, everything you need and more for a complete breakfast, and enlivened by the live music of the pianist. (Obviously you will not have bacon, but sausages, chips, scrambled eggs, hard, etc.) . We were introduced to Lucy, who, although she didn't speak Spanish, understood us perfectly with our basic English. She was there every day, worrying about us in case something wasn't right, if we needed something... etc... very kind and very grateful... any problem you have, she will take it away and solve it for you. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, has a free safe, and a kettle with free coffees and infusions, a fridge with drinks, plus air conditioning, slippers, and a number of accessories that you appreciate. On the top floor: cafeteria and chill out area with views of the city. And on the 6th floor: massages, Turkish bath, etc. At the check out at 5am, they prepared us a picnic and there are taxis in front of the hotel that in 15' took us to Taksim Square to take the Havabus to the airport. Thank you to all the staff for the good treatment we received . For us they have exceeded expectations 100%, and of course we will repeat.
Nothing.

Its service was good! There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in my standard room. Amiable staff, they had a shuttle from airport. Walk from a subway station, the location was favourable and incredible, to the main sightseeing area of Istanbul.

Good breakfast, restaurant downstairs is also very good, at night live concerts. perfect location. Friendly staff, speak different languages, try to solve any problem.
It is important to put at the time of booking that you want a quiet room and high floors, because we have a room on the first floor that was next to a staff elevator and made a lot of noise, especially at night, so that you could not sleep peacefully. Besides, there were other inconveniences in this room, like the window was next to the air conditioning engine, which was very noisy. We also had another room on the third floor and that was quite good. I have no complaints about it. The service was good and if it hadn't been for the noise the room would have been pretty good.

we arrived they had decorated our room to welcome us (it was our anniversary and day after Valentine's Day), girl at the reception who attended us knew a little Spanish and tried hard to make herself understood. relation quality price is very good, in addition the Great Bazaar is to 10 min walking and to 15 min Santa Sofia and blue Mosque. street has atmosphere, shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool with free access and in the room you have a teapot with teas and coffees. as well as welcome water,
only bad thing (that we had read before going) is that at night there are many noises, since the hotel has a discotheque and music is very high that makes it difficult to rest until late at night. On the other hand the hotel was under construction and there were plants that were dirtier (but no noise related to the works) is a necessary investment, it was not a problem.

I loved this property - well priced and modern hotel.
Location: the hotel was close to the cafe, and Istanbul. I had a warm and lovely breakfast with good breads, cereal and pastries. All the staff was professional and well-trained.

The heated pool is perfect for relaxing after a day out on the town. On the top floor, where they serve breakfast, there is also a pianist who plays live music... charming! The cleaning of the room is extraordinary. Just below the hotel there is a typical sweet shop with prices that are more fair than in the tourist areas, where they often raise the price or even try to cheat you when charging. In the shop below "Sultan" also the guys who work are super nice!
We were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard, where there was a device (air conditioning, I think) that made a monotonous noise all day and night, but it didn't affect our sleep at all. But I suppose that, if the views had been to the street, the noise of the cars would have been worse, so we agreed :P

The hotel offers good sized and fashionable units with a priceless view over the sea. The accommodation features exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the rooms. It boasts a beautiful magnificent location, near to almost everything in the old town. Just a couple of blocks away from a limestone aqueduct and other tourist attractions.

On arrival we requested room change as room too small. We upgraded to larger room at extra negotiated cost which was excellent. Generally we found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The carpeting throughout the common areas look dirty. We were advised by staff that carpets were renewed about a year ago but colour choice shows soiling- regular shampooing required. Extensive road and pavement works during our stay disappointed. We would go back to hotel
Extensive buffet choice on offer but inadequate for our tastes.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
